Financial clarity, one day at a time

North is a personal financial companion: a place to understand your money, learn one useful thing a day, and act on it — built around the figures you choose to share.

Why North exists

Money advice is loud, scattered and impersonal. Trackers show you the past, news chases the moment, and nothing connects either to your actual situation. North exists to close that gap: it takes what you tell it — income, goals, where you are, what you're worried about — and turns it into a short daily read, a small lesson, and one clear next move.

What North does

It gives you a daily brief grounded in your own numbers, flags what it noticed changing, explains one concept in under a minute, tracks the goals you set with a projected completion month, and answers whatever you ask — with your context already in hand.

What North refuses to do

It will not connect to your bank, guess your income, invent a balance, promise a return, or name a product to buy. It is educational by design, not a licensed adviser, and it says so plainly rather than burying it.

Principles

Honest before impressive

A screen with three real numbers beats a screen with twelve invented ones. If North does not know something, it says so and shows you where to add it.

Explain, then advise

Answers open with the point, tie back to what you actually told North, and end with one concrete step for today. No preamble, no lectures.

Daily, not addictive

Streaks and progress exist to build a useful habit — checking in, learning one thing, taking one action. They only advance on meaningful activity, and they never nag.

Educational, never salesy

No tickers, no product pushes, no affiliate links, no guaranteed returns. North teaches the mechanism so you can decide.
